Excel Discovery Center offers a beautiful new facility!
Your child may attend every week the same days and times or it may vary from week to week.
Excel Discovery has Tae kwon do, dance, cooking, and art for your child. (This is included in the cost.)
Daily Activities
We offer a variety of activities that will enhance your child’s learning and play time. Our expert will provide both structured activities, and times to let your child imagine.
o As they arrive, children are given a time of free play letting them use their own creative imagination to explore through toys, costumes, games, and space.
o Alight, yummy snack is given mid-morning to bring the group together.
o Storytime and songs following which children are surrounded with books and music.
o Children often look forward to the planned art time through crafts and/or cooking in which they have an opportunity to create. As children finish their project they will have an opportunity for free play to interact with each other.
o Before lunch, children will have a time to run around outside or in the big room, depending on the weather. Because children finish at different paces, lunch will end with another time to free play.
o The afternoon will progress with a group activity filled with games and songs.
o Another art, craft or cooking project is usually planned for the afternoon.
o Free play, snack time, and another opportunity to run around outside or in the bigroom will finish the fulfilling and exciting day.

Excel Discovery Center is excited to have the opportunity to offer an extended care option to children ages 3-5! This one of a kind program allows the busy parent to sign upfor half or full days.
Extended Care hours are from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday-Friday. To reserve a spot for your child in our extended care program, we ask that you fill out an“Extended Care Sign Up” sheet. These can be for a single day, week, or month.
